From raw coil to pre-painted, ready-to-install door frame — a precision-engineered process unique to DKM Sirsa Enterprises.
From prime coil to packed, pre-painted chaukhat — every step is CNC-controlled and quality-checked at DKM Sirsa.
Production begins with prime-grade Galvanized Iron (GI) coils sourced exclusively from BIS-certified steel mills. Each coil is tested for galvanizing weight (GSM), tensile strength, and dimensional consistency before entering the production floor.
The coil feeds into India's only dedicated CNC roll-forming line for door and window frames. Servo-controlled rollers progressively shape the flat sheet into the precise cross-section profile. The line then auto-cuts each piece at exactly 45° for corner jointing — micrometer-level precision.
The three CNC-cut pieces are assembled on precision jigs and welded at the 45° corner joints to form perfect 90° angles. Grinding ensures smooth corner finishes. Hinge plates and hole-passes are then welded to exact positions as per standard specifications.
Each assembled frame goes through surface preparation (cleaning, degreasing, phosphating) and is then coated in our factory-controlled paint booth. This produces a uniform, long-lasting finish that will never peel or require on-site repainting.
Every frame undergoes a multi-point QC inspection before being cleared for dispatch. Dimensional checks, paint adhesion tests, corner squareness, and hinge-slot alignment are all verified against DKM's internal quality standards.
QC-cleared frames are wrapped in protective packaging, bundled by order, and loaded for dispatch via our pan-India logistics network. Each bundle is labelled with frame type, size, and thickness for easy on-site identification.
DKM's quality system covers incoming raw material, every in-process stage, and 100% final inspection before any frame leaves the factory.
Before production — raw material inspection
During production — at every machine stage
Before dispatch — 100% frame inspection
Any frame that fails any single QC checkpoint is pulled from the dispatch batch. It is either rectified and re-inspected, or scrapped and recycled. No sub-standard frame leaves our factory.
DKM frames can be installed in two ways — both are fast, clean, and require no special skills.
The traditional, most rigid installation. Three pieces — two verticals and one top — are placed in the masonry opening during construction and embedded into the wall. The joints are welded and ground smooth on site.
DKM's unique modular system — frame pieces are joined using L-angle connectors and rivet bolts, then fixed to finished walls using expansion bolts. No wall breaking. No mess. Perfect for renovation.
