Method 1 — Welding

Three GI frame pieces cut at 45° angles, welded at 90° corners with grinding for smooth joints. Hinges & hole-passes welded to complete the frame.

Method 2 — Modular Plug & Play

Pieces joined via L-angle with rivet bolts. Expansion bolts fix frame to pre-constructed walls — no breaking required. True post-construction install.
